Ryann Cooke started drinking and smoking pot in high school to ease the emotional discomfort she was experiencing.  Little did she know that would be  just the beginning of her journey with alcohol. Ryann was blacking due to her drinking and her depression was getting worse and worse. Ryann is a young black women that got sick and tired of the vicious alcohol hamster wheel.  Ryann had to go through some of the struggles alcohol was causing in her life until 1 day the madness came to an end.Ryann became ready to make some changes.  She is very thankful for her life today but it was not always that way.
