According to the Singles in America study 55% of people reported that they’ve had a friends with benefits, which is a relationship where two people agree to have a sexual relationship based on convenience and a social relationship without a romantic commitment.

And of the people in the study who said they’d had a friend with benefits, about 40% them said that their casual connection eventually turned into a longterm love affair.
