The foundation of my strategy is John Maxwell's "Law of the Lid," which says a leader's capability limits their organization's potential. I've expanded this concept into three components: the Belief Lid, Operational Effectiveness Lid, and Leadership Lid.

1. Belief Lid: How much do you believe in your mission and abilities? This sets the stage for what's possible.
2. Operational Effectiveness Lid: How effective are you at achieving your goals?
3. Leadership Lid: How well can you duplicate your success in others?

High belief leads to high operational effectiveness, enabling effective leadership. By inspiring my team to believe in their potential, achieve high performance, and lead others, we create a cycle of growth and success.
