On this episode of Building Billions I am talking about hate. Yes, last week right before my birthday I received hate on social media for something I did that makes an effective leader prosper. 

With social media being such a huge part of day to day life, it's easy to get in my head and question whether I did the right thing. So let me walk you through my process, and I will let you decide....do you think I should have sent the email? Either way I weigh my decisions on whether or not they had a positive effect on the growth of our businesses. And I am confident this decision was the right one.
