Sarah Von Bargen is the founder of Yes and Yes, an online space dedicated to helping people spend their time, money, and energy on purpose. She teaches people how to navigate this stuff - money, habits, goals, happiness - because she doesn’t want you to waste months or years clipping coupons, starting and giving up on habits, or chasing the wrong goals, in the wrong way. She’s been writing about this for 11+ years and has since been able to help a lot of people.

 

Sarah’s experiences have helped her to effectively create helpful content for her courses, books, and one-on-one coaching.
