In this week's episode Wendy hosts Chef Erin Anderson. They've been working side by side this summer on the Phineas Wright House field dinners and now they're bringing all the fun indoors.

Erin and Wendy met about two and a half years ago at one of the girls night out events in the barn and immediately connected. At that time Erin was transitioning from working at a corporate caterer for office buildings to being a personal chef. 

Tune in to to hear this remarkable story of an unrealized passion and a complete pivot from her original plans and the most beautiful support of her loving husband.  

More about Erin:

Erin graduated from Boston University with a degree in Film Production and soon moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career on Film and TV sets. While in Southern California, year-round access to Farmers Markets, exposure to new cuisines and cultures, a booming food scene and a group of friends who loved to throw parties together fueled her passion for food. The love of food and cooking was quickly overshadowing my time on set. 

At the encouragement of her husband, Chris, she left ‘the biz’ for the equally challenging restaurant business. She has had the opportunity to work with and learn from some amazing chefs on her journey to finding her own piece of this culinary world.
