Every one of us has something inside of us that makes us special and unique. It is who we are and what makes us stand apart. If you’ve been ever told to show up differently, I’m telling you don’t. Others recognize the light in you in hopes that you will not proceed in your path. 

I am a believer that light attracts light, therefore, those who see you recognize the goodness that you project and stay close.

If you’ve ever read a good book, you know that there is always an introduction, a middle filled with suspense, and an ending. If you enter into the middle of the book you don’t get a preview of what happened beforehand. Thus beginning your reading at the end, doesn’t give the reader a good outlook on what the story is really about. This coincides with our book. Many people will meet us at different chapters. They won’t get the totality of who we are and their summarizations can be off.

I know it’s hard to understand what life has for you, but trust me when I say everything is ok. There will be times when you feel lost, but always have faith within yourself. The path that you walk, is for your own development, don’t fear it… walk into it. You are strong and capable, so never give up on your dreams….

Overthinking can be a difficult habit to break, but there are a few steps that can help you to break the cycle. First, recognize when you are overthinking. Ask yourself what is causing the emotions or thoughts that are leading you to overthink. Once you are aware of the cause of your overthinking, try to focus on finding solutions or strategies to help you manage the situation. Additionally, practice calming activities such as deep breathing, yoga, or mindfulness exercises to help you relax and reduce stress. Lastly, make sure to take breaks and allocate time each day to do something enjoyable. This will help you take your mind off of your worries and replace them with something more positive.
