All of you who have experienced self doubt, who are holding yourselves back and don’t even know where to begin to find belief in yourself. 

In this episode, I explore the topic of self belief and what it really means. I didn’t begin in my industry with a qualification. I began from the idea of believing I could do it. 

There were so many reasons growing up that told me I shouldn’t work in a high risk, potentially unstable, entrepreneurial world. But, I had the belief that I could do it and my business grew through authenticity and alignment.

I talk about the importance of mastery in finding your unique code to access self belief. Mastery is developed through experience and evidence and each time you try something, your mind and body work out ways to make it better next time. Even when you try and ‘fail’, you learn and give yourself a marker to grow your skills.
