Self-trust is a topic that I have been grappling with in my own life. Then, I started noticing it everywhere, and many clients have asked me about it.
How do I trust myself? How do I trust other people? How do I let go of resentment?
So today, I want to offer a framework so we can discuss this topic.
Self-trust is one of three different layers of trust. The other two are trust in other people and trust in the world (or the universe.)
During our lifetime, we relate with our inner feelings, other human beings, and our surroundings through the mechanism of trust.
And in this episode, I'm gonna touch specifically on self-trust. This is the foundation upon which you can start trusting other people and the world.
