Jamie and I discuss many things, but we primarily focus on three specific topics. The first being porn and its affects on sex, intimacy, and relationships. And the differences in consumption and shame between men and women. We discuss porn addiction and how that manifests and plays a role in our relationship with ourselves and others. 

The second topic is Finding Your True Desires. Jamie discusses how many of the gaps in intimacy in a relationship is our disconnection from our true desires, the lack of safe space to express these desires, and/or our own disconnection from being able to communicate our desires to our lovers etc.

The third piece of the discussion is centered around maintaining intimacy and sexual desire in a long term relationship. This is something so many people ask questions around, including myself. And this is the heart of our discussion on this episode.
