This week we’re joined by holistic therapist and fourth-generation psychic, Estelle Bingham, who believes that ‘fine’ might just be a cover story. From the very beginning, we went deep… talking about trusting the universe, finding more joy in the everyday, and what it means to reconnect with your inner child.

This conversation surprised us. It got emotional, it went to places we didn’t expect, and there was even a bit of a role reversal between Em and Al… Estelle opened up something in us, and we have a feeling she might do the same for you.

We have a Lioness in the studio! 

Today - we’re joined by Eni Aluko. Eni is a broadcaster, football executive and former professional football player who has represented England on the world stage and at the Olympics. She’s also a qualified lawyer - there’s nothing this woman can’t do. 

Since retiring from professional football - she has become one of the country’s most recognisable football pundits. As a former international player, with a lifelong passion for football - Eni is more qualified than anyone for this role - however, the culture of racism and sexism around football has made it an toxic environment for her. 

We spoke to Eni about the reality of misogyny, racism in football, how she has dealt with the online abuse she is subjected to and how we can move forward to make football a better (or at least more tolerable environment for women)

Jess was an NHS nurse working on a mental health ward when a false accusation was made against her, which led into a spiral of bureaucracy that ended her nursing career and changed her life forever… 

Although Jess very rarely does interviews - her story was highly publicised in the UK press, so we wanted to give her the opportunity to tell her story in full and in her own words.

We spoke to Jess about the fragility of women’s reputations, the pressures on nurses and healthcare professionals and how we can both love the NHS but also hold it accountable on the occasions that it does let us down.
