Today’s episode is all about finding your purpose and redefining your identity.
Heather Fisher - aka Fish - is a retired England rugby player. She was part of two Women’s Rugby World Cup teams, she represented Team GB at the 2016 Rio Olympics and if that’s not enough she also represented Team GB in bobsleigh!
This woman has had an incredible sporting career - but she has also faced and overcome numerous challenges which made her question her identity and purpose. After overcoming an eating disorder at a young age, Fish broke her back and subsequently lost her hair due to alopecia.
We spoke about what drives her to overcome life’s challenges, how she has found her feet after retiring and how she finds the balance of being a strong role model, but also accepting her vulnerability.

Today, we’re reflecting on this week's episode in which we interviewed OnlyFans creator Lily Phillips, who is best known for sleeping with 101 men in a day.
The episode had a huge response - so we’ve decided to take some time today to address some of the comments we received when it was released on Monday.
If you haven't heard the episode yet - you can find it here
Were we right to give Lily a platform? Did we question her hard enough? Are women who interview Lily held to a higher standard than men who interview her? We have a lot of thoughts - and we don’t know all the right answers. But we hope this chat helps illuminate you on our thought process behind the interview - and why we believe it’s important to have these conversations in a kind, safe space.
We love you guys for listening - if you have something else you’d like to add - we’d love to hear from you. You can email us on [email protected]

This is a conversation that we’ve wanted to have for a LONG time - we’re speaking to OnlyFans star Lily Phillips.
Lily is an adult performer and OnlyFans star - her name reached the mainstream in late 2024, when released a video on her OnlyFans account where she had sex with 101 men in one day.
She has gone on to be one of the most well-known OnlyFans creators in the UK. We spoke to her about why she began on the platform - and how she took the leap from producing solo content to large scale public-events.
We also asked Lily about her thoughts on feminism, empowerment and if she feels a responsibility towards young people - both those who consume pornography and young people who are considering OnlyFans as a viable career option.
Lily features in Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over series 6 which is available to stream for free on U.

In today’s episode - we weigh up the fact that the way that we speak about giving birth and motherhood *may* influence your guys’ decisions to have babies… and why it’s so important to be honest about the aspects of motherhood that we love, and the moments that are harder.
We also reminisce about an incident on Boy Alex’s stag do, Al’s had her life ruined by some new pans and we find out which animals we should be most afraid of…

Today, we’re speaking to a TV icon - Katy Hill. At just 24, she landed her dream job as the 22nd presenter of Blue Peter.
Katy had dreamed of being a Blue Peter presenter since she was 5 years old. However - once she got there, she was exposed to the brutal, toxic media landscape of the 90s - and she found herself - and her body under immense scrutiny.
We spoke to Katy about her first hand experience of the 90s tabloids, what happened when she did a a shoot for a lads mag and how her Blue Peter years shaped the rest of her life.

We also discuss the concept of free will, how Em gave up smoking and the drawer in Al’s Dad’s study that will be giving all of us nightmares.
If you have an awkward you’d like to share with us - email us on [email protected] !!
