Her podcast features numerous incredible experts on various topics, and the episode on Anxiety with Dr. Russell Kennedy, the author of Anxiety Rx, was truly insightful. I'm blending what I already knew worked for me and my healing journey with Dr. Russell Kennedy's work on anxiety. I'll be discussing the distinction between coping and healing, and how to build upon the exercises I shared in the last two episodes.
