Dein Bauch ist häufig gebläht, ständig musst du auf die Toilette, obwohl du gerade warst? Und schon morgens nach dem Aufwachen hast du Bauchschmerzen, die im Laufe des Tages zunehmen? Du hast begonnen, deine Ernährung umstellen, in der Hoffnung auf Besserung, aber mit der Zeit hast du das Gefühl es kommen immer mehr Lebensmittel dazu, die nicht vertragen werden?

So oder so ähnlich geht es vielen Menschen, die u.a. an einem Reizdarm oder einer Dünndarmfehlbesiedelung (SIBO) leiden. Dazu kommt, dass die meisten gängigen Untersuchungsmethoden wie Labor, Ultraschall und Magen-Darmspiegelung, welche alle sehr wichtig sind und ein essentitieller Bestandteil der Diagnostik, in diesem Fall kein Ergebnis bringen. Die Folge ist häufig, dass die Beschwerden als psychosomatisch abgetan werden.

In diesem Podcast möchte ich dir über diese Themen geben, was ist es überhaupt, woher kommt es, wie hängt die Ernährung damit zusammen und welche Erfahrungen gibt es noch damit.
