My good friend Jillian Turecki is back on the show for the third time on Starve the Ego Feed the Soul. Jillian has the top two most listened two episodes on the show and for good reason, she is brilliant. Jillian and I focus on singlehood during this episode and self-love. Our last two episodes focused around relationships and relating, so this time we wanted to give some love to all of the single people out there. Jillian and I ask each other some questions around being single and how that shows up in many ways in society and the pressure surrounding singlehood. We also touch on the subject of loving oneself. How many times have we heard "just love yourself" and thought "well how in the fuck do I do that!" Jillian and I discuss this and share some personal stories on how we have worked at loving ourselves.
