They are also the co-founders of Delight Ministries which is a nationwide college women's ministry. The two of them have been doing ministry, leading, and writing Bible studies for 10 years now and honestly just cannot stop! They are passionate about cultivating community and creating studies that are FUN to read and result in deeper friendships. These two are on a mission to share the love of Jesus, and have fun while doing it!

Today's episode is with Blair Staky. Blair Staky is as a serial entrepreneur. From her very first job, she knew she wasn't cut out to work for someone else. She launched her first business, working weekends designing websites for small businesses for $99 each. That eventually turned into a successful Wordpress blog design business within a couple of years. Blair then went on to blog full-time for the next 5 years. Most recently she has re-opened her web design studio focusing on the Showit platform and serving female entrepreneurs. She writes a blog that shares business tips, SEO hacks and web design tutorials. On the side, Blair is an abstract artist, creating large scale colorful works that are featured in homes across the nation.
Blair is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to entrepreneurship and I felt so lucky to have her on the podcast! We talked about her transition from working retail to starting her own business, her entrepreneurship journey, her SEO course, website design, her art studio, and so much more!

The idea for Granola Butter came out of Ali's eating disorder recovery, and it's now her mission to help others feel less alone in their struggles. Oat Haus is available in Whole Foods, Sprouts, Harris Teeter, Fresh Market & more. Ali lives in Philadelphia with her partner Eric and their dog, Squishy.

Today I am joined by Elizabeth Pollock. Elizabeth is the owner of Adelaide Thomas Wines, a boutique, family-owned winery in Sonoma County, California. Adelaide Thomas produces three different wines every year - a Rosé of Pinot Noir, a Sauvignon Blanc, and a Cabernet Sauvignon. Elizabeth's wines are made from organic grapes, and with a low-intervention, clean, wine-making style.
In this episode we talk about how Elizabeth and her husband stumbled upon a beautiful property in Sonoma...that just happened to have a winery on it, how she transitioned from an attorney in the corporate world to the owner of a winery, and how she rebuilt her life after the devastating Glass Fire in Sonoma county engulfed her home.
