So many of us struggle with the emotional rollercoaster of being an entrepreneur, and I want to help you solve that in this episode with the help of Anthea Dunks, a master of emotional work.

Anthea Dunks was a rule follower when it came to coaching. When she was taught a new method to coach as she pursued her certification as a Life Coach, she wouldn’t even think to question it. She was too busy trying to do it "right".

It didn't occur to her that there was another way until she completed her Advanced Deep Dive Coaching Certification. In that program, she developed her intuition and learned how to bring that into her coaching to get her clients the best results.

That work became the fundamentals of teaching laser-focused coaching in 15 minutes. She works with the best coaches to help them refine their skills to coach quickly and deeply to 10X results for their clients.

I want to note that you don’t have to be an entrepreneur to benefit from this episode. We all feel emotions, no matter what profession we’re in, but if you want to feel in control of your emotions rather than the other way around, this is for you.
