Using nervous system awareness and attunement techniques, Isha helps people transform their intimacy wounds into intimacy superpowers.

In addition to relationship work, Isha is a sovereignty coach and the creator of Body Based Business, a way of creating a bespoke business in alignment with your values and nervous system.
