The way I’ve journeyed as an entrepreneur has always been so spirit-led and flowy but I’ve found myself desiring lately to connect the work I’ve done with my energetic body and bring it back into balance with my physical body.

In this solo episode, I talk about my recent experience with kinesiology, how the universe led me there, and why it’s so important to take note of what our bodies are telling us. I talk through my experience, what it felt like, how my body responded and why it’s something I feel really drawn to. 

As soulful entrepreneurs, we need to take a holistic approach to be all we can be. I’m all about normalising those beautiful spiritual practises that have been around for thousands of years because they really can open up so much to us.
