I am deeply passionate about redefining health by anchoring us back in the foundations of true wellness ; faith, mindset & trauma, nutrition, movement, sleep, hydration, connecting with nature and community. We are temples of the Holy Spirit, made by God for God, and when living in His design we can experience true wellness. When we begin to rebuild our bodies and reconnect the mind, body, and spirit, we are able to step into greater and deeper healing by God's grace.
This week I have the beautiful and sweet Makenna on, the founder of honest chiropractic in Omaha, NE. In this episode we dive into Makenna's story and finding out she had lyme disease, the long journey she has been on trying to heal, and the hope we can have even in the midst of our suffering. We hope this episode brings encouragement and also tangible help for anyone struggling with lyme or might think they have it!
