Sophia recently raced at the HYROX European Championships in Vienna and took the win, breaking the Women’s Open world record in the process, finishing in a time of 57:36 ⏱️⚡

She is, for sure, a potential future Elite 15 athlete, and it was great to get to speak to her about her impressive sporting background, her HYROX training, her mindset, her busy life as a business founder working in mental health and lots more.
