On this episode, Dana talks to Ben Kinney in a live event he did for the Ohio Valley Region.  Ben is consistently one of the top 5 agents at KW and has been coached by Gary Keller for years.  He got into real estate after a Keller Williams agent gave him the Millionaire Real Estate Agent book as a closing gift when he bought his first duplex.  After growing up without a lot of money, he was drawn to the idea of being able to grow wealth through real estate, especially since he kept getting fired in corporate America.  He started in as a realtor and realized his definition of wealth was the ability to do what he wanted, when he wanted, with who he wanted.  He shares so many great bits of knowledge, from how he approaches winning in a recession, how to find and hire the perfect assistant, how to have people on your team who want to stay on your team, how to build a relationship with the people you are partnering with, and so much more.
