On this episode, Linda and Dana talk to strategic coach and author of Who Not How Dan Sullivan.  As the 5th child in his family, Dan was a constant observer and helper growing up, and in adulthood had a job as a writer at an ad agency when he started to coach people.  After 15 years of talking to people about their goals, he felt like he had a solid foundation in understanding what questions to ask people to help them reach their goals.  He began to be able to see when it was time for someone to bring on help and would transition them towards it by asking how much easier their job could be if they freed up 20 hours a week to have someone else doing tasks they don't like doing, the science of finding a who not a how.  He shares how he figured out his approach and why who can be so beneficial to an overworked entrepreneur.  He discusses simplifiers and multipliers and how each person contributes to a business, and how they can complicate it.
