Victoria Albina, NP, MPH is a Certified Life Coach, Breathwork Meditation Facilitator, Holistic Nurse Practitioner, and host of the podcast ‘Feminist Wellness.’ She is on a mission to help women raised by codependents and alcoholics to stop feeling anxious, stuck and overwhelmed so they can have better relationships with their partners, parents and themselves. While her health improved by healing her leaky gut, the true and lasting healing came by learning to manage her mind to let go of the self-doubt, approval-seeking and negative self-talk that were keeping her nervous system revved up, and her body paying the price.

With 20 years in health & wellness, her work is the place where the science and the sacred meet - equal parts total nerd, modern-day witch, and asker-of-smart-questions. Victoria brings cognitive psychology, somatic healing, neuroscience and feminist theory to her work, providing both a unique framework for understanding the effects of the patriarchy and capitalism one’s mental and physical health, and an effective yet simple protocol for rewriting harmful old thought patterns to release anxiety and insecurity and to feel confident instead. She now lives a life she loves, and her decades of illness are fuel for her desire to help women drop the rock of codependent thinking, stress and overwhelm, to live the lives of their dreams.

Fleur first discovered her gift as a young girl. Starting at the age of four, she heard voices all the time, spirits visited in her bedroom at night, and she saw auras around people. However, it was many years later, while attending UCLA as a pre-med student, that she gave her first reading. Word of mouth spread quickly, and after graduating, she began giving readings full time. Roxy always knew she was here to share a message. She followed the path of a music career while earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science. As she navigated her life searching for fame in the music industry, she stumbled on the Law of Attraction in 2011 and began her journey of understanding her place in the Universe.
