Spiritual Shit

As a Transformational Life Coach , Cristina assists individuals to reconnect with their inner power. By creating a space for her clients to get reacquainted with the best version of themselves, she allows for an unearthing of one's hidden passions and desires.

While Cristina is a certified life coach and has a bachelors and masters degree in clinical psychology, she still deeply believes and experiences the benefits of utilizing the spiritual realm in healing, such as using intuitives, mediums and healers for growth and knows that the omission of it keeps people missing out on experiencing qualified individuals that just do the work differently. The outcomes can be very powerful, if not more powerful than that of taking the conventional route they have been conditioned to take. As someone who sees the benefits of both, Cristina takes measures to integrate her own practice to best benefit people’s humanity and spirituality the same.

Today we talk about the paranormal world from the perspective of someone who is trained in the scientific world and observes the daily mystical mysteries of the universe with her very own eyes.

Our next guest Joe Vega is a the owner/trainer at Throwndown NYC, a prominent boxing gym in Manhattan and has practiced physical therapy and fitness training for 15 years. He had his spiritual awakening 4 years ago in his first ayahuasca retreat and since then has been on a beautiful journey exploring how sacred ceremony, with Ayahuasca or psilocybin (or commonly known as magic mushrooms) has opened the neuropathways into changing the neuroplasticty of his own brain, giving him new beliefs, abilities, and peace about his existential crisis.

Joe has learned to utilize the amazing benefits of plant medicine to further develop his personal life and his practice to include energetic healing of traumas associated with acute and chronic injuries. He’s also seen the benefits it offers in making peace with deep emotional and often subconscious trauma, even healing deep addiction. Joe understands there is no healing the body unless the entire whole mind/body/spirit is honored through the healing process. Today we will explore the benefits, experiences, and answer some questions about unlocking powers of plant based medicine.
