Spiritual Shit

I was on the ROOM TO GROW podcast with Emily Gough and gave an interview that was the turning point for me of really understand my own magic when it came to manifestation. I thought it was important to share on my own platform because Emily asked me questions that really help me explain what this is all about. I adore her so go check out her podcast as well!

" I call my dear friend Alea Lovely the “Manifestation Queen” because I swear she can manifest anything. But what I truly love about Alea is that she’s all about “grounded spirituality” which isn’t about staring at your vision board all day asking the Universe to send you all your hopes and dreams in a basket.

Instead, she teaches how manifestation starts with surrendering and letting go of resistance within our nurtured beliefs. This is where healing truly begins and opens us up to receive all the good we desire (relationships, money, purpose etc.)

Alea is an Energy Reader, Spiritual Teacher, host of the popular podcast Spiritual Shit and founder of Mystery School. She’s back on this podcast to really dig into how manifestation actually works and the signs to look for that inhibit the manifestation process.

Alea and I are talking about:

• How Alea’s manifestation journey started with “embracing emptiness”

• How Alea’s approach to spirituality and manifestation is different

• Why manifestation requires surrender and letting go of resistance

• Why instead of trying to manifest something, you need to change the way you think about that thing first

• How to recognize signs of resistance

• Why we first need to open up and expand to be able to receive a manifestation

• Why we often hold onto beliefs that inhibit manifestation

Today we talk about what it means spiritually to trust YOURSELF. Too often we've been taught in religion or spirituality to defer our power to God, or other entities that we believe are more advanced or knowledgeable than us. Well im here to flip the script and possible turn that idea on its head and give you a dose of a new reality that perhaps you are that had the answers all along.

Welcome to our first Bilingual Episode! #stoked. It was so amazing to interview Cátia Machado Dos Santos who had so many beautiful things to say about how we can unlock beautiful wisdom from our higher self, when we rid ourselves oppressive programming.

"At the age of 19, I started looking for the answers to my present difficulties, my anguish, fears, insecurities; in relation to the world and myself. No path I have traveled outside and no one has given me these answers. I was never able to find my answers outside of myself. One night, before going to sleep, I started to question where my answers were, I started to question the cause of my limitations, fears and anguish, but directing these questions into myself, looking for a place inside me where there was a drawer that I could open and discover or remember a piece of my history frozen in time, so I could understand my present, which was all broken and missing pieces.Little by little I started to remember my dreams more clearly and have flashes of answers to my questions. This became a daily exercise. I felt that all the answers were inside me and that I was starting to access them.Gradually, I began to feel that my inner universe was more connected to the outer universe, interconnected; and more and more I saw the synchronicity between the two of them. Just as the structure and mechanism of the two universes were identical.

I experienced the Laws described in the #Kybalion book, seeing them as supporting this method. Philosophical, mental and #alchemical support, with great capacity for mutation. Everything experientially, not just a mental process. Then I felt more steady on the path. And the method became clearer to me. To complement, in a moment of the Journey, I got the #Runic stones from a friend. An old alphabet.I felt in the runic writings the tools of conscious connection between the micro and the macro, as a dynamic, self-evolving, self-conscious and self-transcendent form of the processes. The writing has been adapting and improving through evolutionary scales of perceptions and understandings of the process and methodology as a whole. Becoming more and more a living tool in the process.

The #Runes of this work are unique, they evolved, they are in harmony and conformity with the Laws that govern the universe inside and outside us. The process can be accessed by anyone who wants to do their inner diving and seek answers within themselves, without masters or intermediaries. The method consists in questioning the difficulties of the present, searching for the cause, working the cause at a #conscious level, through the runic tools and the understanding of the #Hermetic Laws. The answers can come through dreams, as well as at a conscious level. This is my story, and how this method was formed. How I deciphered this method, inside and outside myself. And this is the method that I use to get to know myself and the world. " Find her book HERE

Today's my birthday! And birthday's always put me in a space of reflection about who I have been versus who I would like to become. Spiritually, physically and mentally I've been considering ways in which we "leave things on the table" because of our fears based off our experience in other lifetimes or even other versions of ourselves in this one. Can we overcome who we've been to become who we would like to be?

I've had some deep time to reflect on all the changes and shift in energies that we have been trying to prepare for and I think there is some fuckery going on that now makes sense to me why it's more important than every that we reclaim our consciousness. Today is the Solstice and I'm going to reveal to you what my Mystery School and I have been able to figure out through some date pulling of dreams and meditations about what is happening right now in the ether and why connecting to the planet is at the heart of it all.
