Today’s guest, Stacey Shaver-Matson is one of our Arkansas trail running friends.  She's run just about every Arkansas trail race! She also did the Tahoe 200 in 2018.  She’s a board member for AURA, the Arkansas Ultra Running Association, and also race director for Athens Big Fork Trail Marathon, Ouachita Trail 50, and the Arkansas Traveller 100.  We talk about the awesome Arkansas trail running community, the races she’s run and directs, and her battle back from knee surgery for a meniscus root repair.  Lots of great information from an experienced runner!
