Step 1 of a series i’ll be reviewing how to step away from tracking and how to prepare yourself for my course. Tracking is amazing, it’s a wonderful tool. But it should not be the end goal. We are not doing this to become trapped into tracking 24/7. The goal isn’t to become the best macro tracker either. It’s a tool. So let's use it wisely and know how to step away from it too.
