How do we live and love life to the fullest? And how do we do it NOW? It involves getting out of your own way, to stop listening to the self-limiting beliefs, the constant mind-chatter and get out of your own way!
It involves emptying out and getting in touch with the deeper parts of ourselves that are beneath the mind's constant opinions. What does our heart say? What does our body say? What is the universe showing me through signs and where is my life wanting to flow?
The mind is a powerful tool that we can utilise to analyse situations and actualise what we desire in this life, however, when we listen ONLY to the mind, we can be paralysed by the chatter of 'what if...?', 'should I...?' or 'what about...?' which, ultimately is anchored in the past or the future. When we can PAUSE and drop out of our mind and into the body, we can become aware to the love and the flow of life available to us RIGHT NOW!
