Anytime I'm in a season of change, I like to reflect, audit and analyze what has gone well in past biz remodels and/or what has gotten me to where I'm at.

Of course to experience different results you sometimes need to execute different strategies and more importantly, THINK differently.

BUT…success also leaves clues and there are a few themes I've noticed in my business growth seasons that I wanted to share with you.

The three themes I'm diving deeper into in this down and dirty episode (my version of "short" lol) are…

1. Unshakeable belief in my offer/service/skillset

2. Offer wise; having the value outweigh the cost every single time (even for my $20K+ packages)

3. Having a unique coaching method (Or unique value proposition) so I'm in competition with only myself
