Today, I bring you a deeply personal message through a solo episode.
As I take a break from releasing new content for a few weeks while I have some time off over the summer, this episode is an invitation to surrender and notice, without judgment, where you are right now, where you've been for the past few months, and what you're crying out for as we move towards the last few months of 2024.
In this message, I discuss whether, despite the chaotic external climate, we are able to try to slow down, remove pressure, and release some of the heavy burdens we are all carrying within us. I ask you what it is you need to calm and regulate your ADHD nervous system.
"What if I choose to let go, trust and believe that things can get better?"
I also get curious about leaning into positivity and gratitude in the morning and allowing ourselves time to disconnect and reflect on what we're feeling and desiring for the future.
This is my battle cry to all my ADHD community: we are deserving and worthy of abundance, success and rest! As well as time out to recharge, renourish and rejuvenate.
Sending much love and speak very soon!
