Emily is the author of Super You, a guide to living your best life. Her book teaches us that we all have superpowers and as a result we can overcome challenges to become the superhero of our own life.  Dr. Dan and Emily discuss how to embrace it all -- our joys and our mistakes. With self-awareness, we can strive to become the best versions of ourselves every day.
