I remember when Instagram Stories first came out and the overarching thought in my mind was 'uggghhh, another thing I 'should' be doing on Instagram' and it felt like this unnecessary obligation and almost like Instagram was this black hole of time-sucking activities. Ha!

Since that point, I've come to LOVE Instagram Stories! They are one of my favourite functions of the Instagram App and one of the best ways to really build trust, authority and most importantly conversions, so if you aren't using them, you're feeling confused about what to post on Instagram stories or generally feeling like a duck out of water on the platform, this episode is going to help you get into the flow of Instagram stories in a much easier way with this flow and it's something I used all the time in my life coaching business.
