This week the inspirational Tabbin Almond Joins us for the show. Tabbin's story is truly inspirational and it goes to show that whatever life throws at us, we're never down and out! From health to relationships Tabbin has come through some of life's great challenges and found true alcohol freedom. This is one to bookmark. 
Tabbin is officially called Katherine, but as a small child she couldn’t say Katherine, and called herself Tabbin, and it just stuck. She grew up in a family where alcohol was completely woven into every day life and soon found herself adopting the same behaviour as her parents and most of the people around her. A career in advertising accelerated her drinking, and by her mid-30’s, she was struggling with alcohol. She tried AA and hated it. Then hypnotherapy which was great for 7 years and she remained sober through some pretty big challenges. But then she had some really bad news, and somehow, alcohol seemed to be the answer. Finally she discovered This Naked Mind, and realised that paying someone else to reprogram her subconscious (as with hypnotherapy) was not the answer - she needed to do the work herself. She did the Intensive Course and was Alcohol Free within a matter of weeks, and has remained so ever since. That was nearly five years ago. In 2020 she trained to be a TNM coach, and in early 2022 she gave up her job in advertising to concentrate full time on her coaching. Most of her clients are senior professional people and she also works with corporate wellness teams to increase understanding of alcohol addiction. She is happier and more fulfilled than ever.
