Have you heard the big news? Cause we sure have! Haley Chura, our beloved co-host, has taken the win at Ironman Mont Tremblant. Woooooohooo! AND, yes there's more, Alyssa completed a 5-day adventure race in the Scottish wilderness which included breaching whales and climbing waterfalls.

This week, because there is so much to cover, we hear from Haley and Alyssa about all of the highs and lows of the past weeks. Recapping both of their races, we get the inside scoop on racing against dolphins and winning an Ironman.
