Taylor Lideen is a professional cyclist as a mountain biker and gravel racer.  He has won 24 hours of Old Pueblo and for a time held the course record.  He has also placed 2nd at the 24 hour World Championships in 2018.  Taylor won the 2021 Unbound XL, but between those prestigious results, Taylor took on his own Mental Health struggles.  

In this episode, JP and Taylor dive into the mental health world and share deeply personal stories and revelations they have lived as they walk through life with mental health diagnosis.
