I love hearing about Development deals, it's what I'm getting into next. Yes, mr BTL is changing his approach. I still love a little BTL, but sometimes the effort doesn't equal the reward.

His portfolio in the Northeast, specifically Teesside, was built up initially alongside work but he then decided to move up to the area 5 days a week to push on the business.

Now, back in London, he still continues to invest in the Northeast using the knowledge and network he built up whilst living there. He’s also making a start in the London market with lease options, whilst coaching other investors who are in a similar position to him when he started.

Laura has recently started her next project funded by Investor Finance a New Build Project x3 detached affordable homes in Sheffield and continues to grow her business through the power of Social Media.

Her company I Squared Property which she runs alongside her husband James as grown from strength to strength enabling them to double their portfolio to 14 units in the first 12 months.

Laura specialises in raising private finance for their business, now coming to the end of their second New Build projects of 3 units they managed to build during lockdown and funded by an Angel Investor…. Laura and James have some very exciting projects coming up.

Laura and James specialise in BRR, Build to rent/sell and Commercial in Sheffield and surrounding areas as well as a Lettings agency to help other Landlord with their investments.

We talk about the current Property Market, what the Stamp Duty Holiday has done and why I think it's a tough market for Investors right now.

Auctions are having the best time ever, which is strange given we are in a global pandemic, no?

I also talk about my experience selling property in this current market, especially given the welsh lockdown that's currently in place which is really causing me more problems them expected. My handyman can't even get a can of paint from B&Q! Ludicrous!! Idiots.

Hannah and George have been in property for just under 1.5years and in that time they have sourced close to 50 property investment deals, kickstarted their own portfolio, launched several SA units and recently began mentoring others who are starting off in the industry.

Natasha specialises in buy, refurbish, refinance and in the last 18 months has used this model to build a £1.2 million portfolio of single lets in Peterborough, and more than replacing her JOB income. Natasha has done this by working with investors on a fixed return basis and has now raised over £500,000.

Natasha previously worked in the corporate world and has a background in mortgages and finance. She also has a small portfolio of R2R SA’s and now helps and supports others looking to get started or scale their property business.
