Summary:

Carmen had a wonderfully supportive environment at work when she decided to make the switch to private practice. She decided to pursue flexibility and financial control in her position of business owner as inspired by her close-knit colleagues and family situation. Carmen currently works as the sole provider in her own office seeing school-aged children. She successfully transitioned from performing home-based visits to having her own space in a perfect location.
