Who is excited for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships?!?! WE ARE. This week, Haley and Alyssa welcome Jocelyn Wong Neill onto the podcast to talk alllll things 70.3. The last time Jocelyn was on the show she was 16 weeks pregnant, and now? She has a two-year-old!

The trio shares their top podium picks, and dark horses, and talk generally about what this race will look like. For the first time since 2010, the 70.3 is happening post-Kona, so many of the athletes racing will have just completed the IM World Champs in Kona. Talk about some serious training, hey?
