Merry Christmas! Today's episode opens by honouring the Solstice and a personal story from Ashley -- her day didn't go how she thought it would. She shares a deep expereince she had releasing an old story, a reminder that blessings often arrive in ways the mind cannot immediately recognize.
From there, an episode orignally recorded for AG University, when Ashley was a guest, is shared. Ashley was invited on as a teacher after her dear friend Anna Grace experienced a spontaneous Kundalini awakening that felt intense, disorienting, and difficult to understand. What she went through is far more common than many realize, yet often misunderstood or poorly explained in spiritual spaces.
In this conversation, Ashley brings clarity, grounding, and deep wisdom to the topic of Kundalini and awakening. This episode is for anyone currently awakening, those who have experienced an intense spiritual opening, or anyone seeking a clearer, more grounded understanding of spirituality beyond concepts and labels.

What if everything could just be easy? Does life need to be heard? Ashley begins this episode by sharing that she was woken up on December 12th with this mantra repeating to her for over an hour, "Release the hard, allow it to be easy."
As the holiday season approaches and Christmas draws near, Ashley reflects on the unconscious habits, patterns, and roles that quietly add pressure and heaviness to everyday life. She explores what truly makes life feel hard, and gently challenges the belief that effort and struggle are required in order to grow, heal, or move forward.
This conversation opens a deeper understanding of what "easy" really means. Ease does not necessarily equal immediate comfort. In fact, choosing ease often asks for change, awareness, and a willingness to step away from familiar but limiting ways of being. Ashley speaks to how ease can feel unfamiliar at first, yet ultimately brings more presence, clarity, and alignment.
The episode offers a grounded invitation to move through the holiday season differently — with more intention, softness, and consciousness — while releasing what no longer needs to be carried. It's a reminder that ease is not something to earn, but something to allow.
Ashley also shares about The North Node: A Map Back to Yourself, a newly launched six-week live experience and intimate workshop. This container is designed for those who feel called to reconnect with their intuition, gain clarity on their soul's direction, and return home to themselves. Applications are now open, with details shared inside the episode.
This episode is a reminder that life does not need to be forced. Ease is available. And choosing it is always possible.

Authenticity has become a buzz word. It's trendy and used everywhere — but what does it actually mean? In today's episode, Ashley is explores this, beyond language, aesthetic, performance and identity. It begins with the power of feeling - something that so many people have forgotten how to do. Ashley teaches that feeling is the doorway to authenticity. It is how we return to who we are beneath conditioning, patterns, survival strategies, and the identities we built to stay safe.
She also speaks about how, through the awakening process, it can feel like we are dying and being reborn again and again as these layers fall away. She shares stories from her own life about the places she has softened and how we are all truly just doing our best.
Ashley invites all of you to join her on December 31 for a powerful ceremony to close out the past few years and enter 2026 with clarity, presence, and peace. It would be an honour for her to guide you through this transition.
May this episode support you as you rise and come home to yourself.

In this episode of Light of the Way, Ashley opens the month of December with the first real breath after Mercury retrograde. She shares how the snow, the winter sky, and the green ocean trail revealed a new clarity — the kind that arrives only when you stop resisting the season of life that you're in.
She speaks about the dark time of year and why aligning with it matters: waking with the sun, slowing down, resting more, going outside, honouring the natural rhythm instead of fighting it. This season isn't meant to be productive; it's meant to soften you open.
From there, Ashley shares a miracle that happened in the apple aisle at Whole Foods, and another moment of recognition that followed. These moments brought her into a full understanding that there is no shame in anything we walk through. Everything is unfolding exactly as it should.
Finally, she shares what's happening inside A Line Within this month, including the December 20th ceremony, and the inspiring energy she's feeling now that she's broken the glass ceiling she unknowingly placed upon herself.
This episode is an opening — to life, to miracles, to winter, and to the truth of why we are here.

In this episode, Ashley opens the Akashic Records and channels the guidance for December: this is a softening. The energy may feel more intense as the month begins, but the Records remind us to loosen our grip, to move slowly, and to return to grounded awareness. The message arrives like a teaching in imagery — if you walk too quickly while holding a candle, you risk dropping it. The month ahead is not about fear or contraction, but about walking softly, remembering peace, and allowing spaciousness to form within.
After the channeled message, Ashley and Faith explore the astrology of December. They speak about the rapid shifts and transformations unfolding this month and how they reflect the design of the planets themselves — the celestial choreography shaping our collective and personal experience.
Ashley then shares deeply from her own life, offering stories from her current season of softening. She speaks about creating space within her heart by gently releasing something that has been part of her story for the past four years, and how this inner unraveling mirrors the guidance coming through the Records.
This episode is an invitation to breathe, to soften, and to trust the path as it opens.

In this episode, Ashley celebrates A Line Within's biggest sale of the year — the Year-End Sale — and shares from the heart why this work means so much to her. What the team creates isn't simply something they offer - it is the lifeline Ashley returns to again and again. The teachings, the practices, the Records, and the Line hold her through every season of her own life.
She reflects on what she has recently moved through and the deep gratitude she feels for the work that channels through her. This episode is, in many ways, a love letter to the Line itself — the current that guides her, anchors her, and brings this entire body of work into form.
Ashley also shares a few things inspiring her right now, the small sparks of life that are lighting her way.
For those feeling called to step deeper into this work, the entire library is included in A Line Within's biggest sale of the year.

In this heart-to-heart episode, Ashley shares what's been inspiring her lately, from knitting and simple living to reflections on AI, creativity, and consciousness. She explores how, in a world driven by artificial intelligence, we are being called to awaken our own Divine intelligence, the inner light that no machine can replicate. With warmth and humour, Ashley celebrates what it means to be human, inspired, and deeply alive.

This is a quantum and magical exploration of ancient Avalon, the power of the apple, and the Garden of Eden as a representation Home within. Across ancient texts and mystical traditions, we find the same message — everything points back to the heart, to love, to the true purpose of our incarnation.
I share a dream I had of Avalon on July 14, 2020, and how it awakened again through a powerful experience on October 21. Even the numbers hold a code : 7 + 14 = 21, a reflection of divine order.
This episode is about remembering wholeness, healing the feminine, balancing the left side of the heart, and learning to see beyond — to return to the Garden within.

We have two months left of 2025 and the guidance from the Akashic Records is clear, focused and, as always, important. In order to release ourselves from the grip of the illusion, we must see through the heart. The pot is stirring, everything is moving, and now more than ever, we are being invited to come back within and understand stillness on a new level.
I also share about a new offering, Path to Home, launching November 1 through A Line Within and available in our app. Then, I'm joined by Faith O'Higgins to explore the astrology of November — a month of radical beauty, wildness, and divine perfection as we close this powerful year.
Listen, receive, and remember: all is unfolding exactly as it should.

There wasn't an episode last week. Why? A pause was needed. In order to see life from a different angle, we must allow space for that to happen, and that's what I did.
While teaching Satsang on Sunday, October 19th, I heard very clearly, "this is your podcast." And so, here it is. In this episode, I share how essential it is to give ourselves space to see life differently so that we can see clearly — nothing changes unless something changes. I also speak about the lies the mind tells us, how it convinces us that we can miss something or take a wrong turn, and toward the end, I reflect on the limitations I've been holding myself within.
This message aligns beautifully with the Akashic Guidance for October — to release the boxes we place ourselves in and remember that expansion is our natural state.
You can listen to this episode as your own Satsang, a space to come home to yourself. I guide a meditation and a Line Activation, so if you're listening while driving or walking, come back to those moments when you can and take part in them fully. You'll feel the energy of our community, the peace that lives within you, and the gentle reminder that change always begins with stillness.
