In this episode, I’m breaking down what has quietly become the number one recovery and biohacking device in my entire house — the Bimini NanoJet oxygen therapy system.
This is not a paid advertisement. I’m not big on filling my house with random gadgets, and I tend to be pretty skeptical of most “biohacking toys.” But after almost a year of using the Bimini device three to four times per week, I can honestly say it’s right up there with medical-grade red light therapy for the impact it’s had on my recovery, sleep, and overall performance.
I start by sharing the story of how I found Bimini at A4M in Las Vegas, saw Kyrie Irving on their booth, and got curious enough to dig into what the tech actually does. From there, I explain in simple language how the NanoJet works: it sits next to your bathtub, recirculates the water, and saturates it with ultra-fine oxygen nanobubbles that are small enough to penetrate your skin and deliver oxygen directly into your tissues — without a mask, chamber, or pressure changes.
Then we dive into my real-world results:
How I started hitting HRV scores in the 90s and over 100 on my Oura for the first time.
What happened to my deep sleep and sleep scores when I used it at night.
The massive difference I feel in soreness and recovery after heavy training days.
How it’s helped Taylor with plantar fasciitis and why it’s become part of her lower-body recovery.
And the surprising changes in my skin health, especially on my back, after years of struggling with acne.
From there, I connect the dots with the published data Bimini has commissioned and the broader science on oxygen nanobubbles — including animal studies on wound healing, transdermal delivery studies, and what university sports programs are seeing in their athletes. I also compare NanoJet therapy to hyperbaric oxygen: what’s similar, what’s different, and why, for day-to-day use at home, I think this is a more practical option for most people.
If you’re already dialed in with your training, peptides, and nutrition and you’re looking for that next-level recovery edge, this episode will give you a deep dive into a technology that almost nobody is talking about yet — but probably will be in the next few years.
