Biggest issue looked over when it comes to losing weight - you have to change your identity and become someone who values and prioritizes their health. 

  1. Behavior patterns of overweight individuals - behavior patterns you need to break to live a happy and health life 
    1. Excessive alcohol intake 
    2. Excessive stress/lifestyle too busy 
    3. Skipping meals - high caffeine intake 
    4. High fake food intake 
    5. Eating out constantly 
    6. Starving to the point of bingeing 
    7. Diet yo yo mentality 
    8. Looks at dieting in the short term vs everything in the long term 
    9. Inward demon defeating you 
      1. Mental illness, depression
      2. Generational behavior patterns 
    10. Genuine distaste for veg fruit and lean protein
