In business, we can find ourselves questioning how much of our faith we should show to others. While we're called to share the Good News we also need to be practical in our approach.

In our industry and even in the world we are surrounded by prideful self-promotion. In fact, we are often told that this is the only way to have success in our business. How can we stay humble if we have to be the best, have the most, and out-do everyone else around us?

"Likewise, you who are younger, be subject to the elders. Clothe yourselves, all of you, with humility toward one another. For God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble, humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God, so that at the proper time, he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:5-6)

Today, Tyler and I talk about what it means to clothe ourselves with humility in a pride-filled world.

How do we stay humble in a business that tells us self-promotion is the only path to success? When we observe those around us being prideful we can change that narrative for ourselves.

What does it look like to clothe yourself with humility toward one another? Humility isn't our natural state but we can move closer to it.

Today, Tyler and I dig into the concept of “who’s your who” from a Christian perspective.

Lead generation is a cornerstone of a successful business yet when we look closely most lead generation methods are based on tactics that are out of alignment for believers. Today we welcome Michael Maher, an expert on relational referrals, and we explore how we can lead generate through love, generosity, and service.

Many believers struggle to set goals that are both in alignment with what the Bible calls us to do and what we hope to achieve. We can find ourselves running toward goals that aren’t centered in Christ. So, how do we keep God as the focus in our goal setting?
