What really happens before a client session.

It may look like chaos but this is what it takes to run my coaching business in between working casually, breastfeeding a 7 month old and keeping a 3 year old happy while hubby finishes up with his clients.

We laugh at how chaotic things are at times but it’s funny and we’re grateful to do the work we do.

I had such a great morning speaking for the Maroondah Council BizWeek 2018 Womens gathering.

I spoke about the Art of Practising Confidence. I loved the women there and had such a beautiful time connecting with them all.

Happy mom got to see what my confidence coaching work is all about (even though in this video she is falling asleep and having major jet lag 😂)

Motherhood is tough and juggling work kids and building your persona is crazy at times so join me on the journey as I take you behind the scenes to how we do what we do as a family.
