How invested are you in your content strategy…really? Do you consistently create and publish content? Or do you find other parts of your business need your attention?
Maybe you’re a bit unsure about the quality of your content so you find it hard to create content, let alone hit the publish button!
Unfortunately, growing your business with content doesn’t happen overnight. It requires a lot of consistent hard work. So, if you’re serious about your content strategy, there’s no ifs, ands, or buts about it – you have to invest in it.
One content creator who takes his strategy seriously is Tamer Shahin. Tamer is a client of ours at Content 10x. He’s the Founder of CEO Entrepreneur and a first-time YouTube video creator. He realized early on that to successfully grow his business using video content, he’d need to either put in a lot of time and effort in himself or hire experts to help him.
For Tamer, the solution was simple. Outsource to the experts. In this fascinating interview, I speak to Tamer about how outsourcing parts of his video creation process means he’s free to be a better CEO. And we discuss why investing in content repurposing (with Content 10x) is helping his content go the extra mile. Tamer also shares some fantastic insights into how his optimized content creation process maximizes his outreach and why investing in a long-term content strategy is worth it.

Creating super shareable, engaging content is a fantastic way to get your brand seen by lots of new people very quickly. There’s one type of content that does this perfectly and has taken social media by viral storm…
That’s right – memes.
Now, I know you’re thinking, “memes don’t suit my brand’s voice!” and I totally get it! I was apprehensive at first too, but then I realized that there are so many big brands that are making memes work for them.
Disney, Netflix, and Denny’s have all used memes to stand out in their industries. Plus, their audience LOVE them.
You don’t have to be a big brand and you don’t have to aim for viral posts that reach millions (it’s about the right audience, not volume). I think that memes present a fantastic way to connect with your existing audience. They have great potential to grow your following, and you can even use them to repurpose your content!
In this episode, I explain how to create and share memes that your audience will really enjoy and the dos and don’ts to ensure that your memes enhance your brand’s visibility – not harm it.

How can carousel posts maximize your engagement on LinkedIn?
You might have noticed that social media posts with photos and videos get more engagement. In fact, studies have shown that, on average, Facebook posts with images see 2.3x more engagement, and Tweets with images receive 150% more retweets!
More and more people on LinkedIn are sharing posts with images and videos to increase their engagement. And many are finding success with LinkedIn’s carousel feature.
In this episode of The Content 10x Podcast, I share how you can use LinkedIn carousels to create interactive posts, increase your engagement, and creatively repurpose your content.

What’s holding you back from creating video content?
Are you nervous about being in front of the camera? Or worried that you don’t have anything to say?
Video content is the best type of content for establishing an immediate connection with your audience. It builds trust better than any other content type, and it’s fantastic for repurposing too.
But there’s no doubt that it’s an intimidating medium… with obstacles like the tech set-up, working out how to convey your message, and being comfortable on camera…
I invited storytelling and communication expert Mike Ganino onto episode 159 of The Content 10x Podcast to get his advice for overcoming these challenges and find out how to start creating captivating video content.

Do you create content to grow your business or to grow your competitors' businesses?
It might sound outrageous… but if you don’t create a content strategy to help your audience convert with your business, you might be sending potential customers straight into the arms of your competitors.
Your content might be great at raising awareness, but it might not be so good at getting those potential customers to convert. If your competitors have a better, clearer content strategy, then your audience will take action…. just not with you!
Your content should help people become your clients, not help them become someone else’s.
A good content strategy prevents your leads from going elsewhere. In this podcast episode, I explain how to create a content strategy that builds your business by helping your audience become your clients.

How do you overcome obstacles when you embark on big content projects?
Undertaking a big content project (like repurposing content into a book) is an exciting challenge. It feels exhilarating at the start but when things start to go wrong, it can be difficult not to lose sight of your goal.
After celebrating the first anniversary of my book’s publication, I started thinking about what a journey writing my book was. It had more ups and downs than a roller coaster! From tech disasters to freelancer sabotage… it sometimes felt like the book might never get published.
This week’s podcast episode is the story of the most challenging moments of this epic content project. Listen in to discover how I overcame them.
