Jeff Kovick has been in the fitness and bodybuilding industry long enough to see several changes and the growth and decline in popularity of competitions. From running his own successful supplement company to competing on stage himself, Jeff has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the health and fitness space.  We had a great conversation and I learned a lot.  I look forward to seeing what’s in store for him over the next few years.
