What we learn in this episode it's that reinvesting your practice's earnings back into the business it's the best way to grow, it's not only fiscally beneficial but the rewards in freedom and extra time you get by scaling up and bringing more people to work for you it's the way to go.

She's currently operating a wellness and health spa and she's also working on a new business idea where she helps health providers fight burnout by using a mix of eastern and western medicine together. She's needing assistance on how to grow and expand this burnout and healthcare focussed business.

In our talk we come to the conclusion that in this type of business patience and perseverance are your best tool and putting the word out about what you do is essential for success. You have to be ok with rejection as it only takes one yes to make it happen.

In this episode we learn that you don't need to spend a huge amount to start a business, sometimes a small investment and a lot of hard work are all you need to get going and that reinvesting a part of your earnings into marketing the business it's the best way to reach new clients and grow the practice even more. 

Today we'll be talking to Bridgette who is a Famly Nurse Practitioner, currently, she owns her own part-time weight loss virtual practice, while she also works in a telemed HRT practice. She is also about to open her own clinical research company. She could be doing better but she's going through a non-compete battle that's stalling her entrepreneurial journey.

We learn that making a thorough revision before signing a contract when starting a new job is very important and that in some cases having the assistance of a lawyer is a good idea so you're not limited by employers' scummy practices.
