Welcome to the SYNC Your Life podcast episode #32! On this podcast, we will be diving into all things women's hormones to help you learn how to live in alignment with your female physiology. Too many women are living with their check engine lights flashing. You know you feel "off" but no matter what you do, you can't seem to have the energy, or lose the weight, or feel your best. This podcast exists to shed light on the important topic of healthy hormones and cycle syncing, to help you gain maximum energy in your life.  In today's episode, I'm covering one of the four fundamentals of hormone balance: sleep. We discuss the reboot that occurs when you get good deep, and good REM sleep, and the importance of it in regulating your weight, hormones, and brain health.

I also highly recommend reading Arianna Huffington's book, "The Sleep Revolution."

Always ask your doctor their advice when it comes to incorporating new supplements into your regimen. I suggest inquiring about magnesium glycenate.

L-theanine is another supplement mentioned in this podcast.

Limiting caffeine, especially after noon each day, can help improve sleep quality as well. If you're a coffee drinker, also consider sticking to clean, mycotoxin free coffee. Here are my favorite brands:
