With SO much promotion of SO many sports supplements, it's hard to know which to take. In this episode, we focus on the most efficacious ones that almost everyone who gives a shit about being jacked would benefit from. In the next episode (supps part 2) we take a look at other categories of supplements you may also want to consider, as well as listing which are a total waste of money *cough* BCAA *cough*

There's more to consider for bodybuilders when it comes to nutrition than for the average fitness enthusiast. One reason being that food type and volume may need to change during varying phases (growth/bulking vs cutting/comp season) but the nutrient diversity/density ideally needs to be maintained.
So how do we do this?
In this episode biochemist, educator, and coach Ben Cant talks us through it.

In 'untested' bodybuilding federations where drugs like steroids aren't even tested for (and therefore not banned in practise) is cheating even possible? Are muscle implants ethical? What about injecting a liquid directly into the muscle to enhance it for stage day? These are the types of things your hosts Dean & Lizzy discuss in today's episode.
Would you rather?
A: Not inject mediphorm in weak points for a bodybuilding competition in fear you'll overdo it and get marked down.
OR
B: Inject mediphorm in weak points for a comp, knowing there is a real risk you'll overdo it and get marked down.
