Who has ever felt travel hungover? Who fears travel because you might have a chronic illness flare or the unknown away from your healing home? 

Look I get it, travel used to make me so dang anxious.

It took a whole entire routine just to feel good at home, throwing travel in as a variable to the mix was just plain hard!
